We are delighted to announce that aps has successfully transitioned from issue 3 to issue 4 of the BRCGS accreditation: British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Storage & Distribution maintaining its AA rating.

This accreditation again shows aps’s continued dedication, year on year, to quality and that good manufacturing and warehousing practices will always remain central to the ethos of the company.

What is the BRCGS – Global Standard for Storage & Distribution Issue 4 accreditation?

This accreditation was developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC), with input from leading brands, retailers, storage, logistics and online retailers. This accreditation ensures that operations dealing with Food, Packaging, and Consumer Products use best practices whilst facilitating a process of continual improvement through well-designed risk-based product safety management systems. It ensures the quality and safety of products during their storage and distribution throughout the supply chain.
